Certainly! You may initiate a return within 5 days from the purchase date. We will refund your payment minus the delivery charges, with the return shipping costs to be covered by you. You cannot return an order if the product has been opened and is therefore not suitable for return for health protection reasons. We dispatch your order on the following business day upon receiving it. Our goal is to deliver within 2-3 business days. Please note that, due to the cross-border nature of the shipment, it will undergo Malaysian customs procedures, potentially impacting the delivery up to 5-6 business days.

Dosage
NAD+ can be seen as the “fuel” that helps to repair your cells. NMN boosts NAD+ levels. With age, your NAD+ levels are dropping naturally.

NAD+ levels differ individually and so you could also start with the recommended daily dose and increase subsequently if you are not satisfied with the effects.

Safety & Quality Assurance
Each production batch of d’fine supplements are tested by Societe Genarali de Surveillance SA, a global laboratory in Singapore.
d’fine products are produced in a factory in Japan that has obtained GMP certification for health products. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requires that all processes from receiving raw materials to the final transportation of products must comply with relevant production management and quality management standards.

A certified laboratory in Singapore tests for purity levels (>99%), the presence of heavy metals (< threshold) and biological pathogens (absent).
